Project Overview

GreyDeath over at Work In Progress recently set up an imperial guardsman competition. The rules were simple, convert and paint a single imperial guardsman. So I did. This was my first ever competition so I was keen to at least put in a good showing, and since I knew my painting wasn’t going to blow people away I needed a good concept.

I wanted to try something a little different, and for some reason had an idea in my head about a medic carrying a stretcher. i think it came from MASH (all together now.. suicide is painless, it brings on many changes..). Anyway, had a rummage in my ever growing bits box and started work.
