The chainfist detailing is pretty much done. I&#39;m hoping there&#39;s enough detail there to hide my inability to paint ;). A couple of bits need smoothing up, I&#39;ll dig out the ultrafine tamiya paper I&#39;ve got kicking around and see what I can do.<\/p>\n<p>Started on the greaves. They both have their edging, and the right one has most of its rivets and the eagle decoration. Quite happy with this one.<\/p>\n<p>The left greave has some rivets, then I ran out (and my punch is blunt..noooo, ebay will hopefully provide in the next couple of days). I&#39;m going to do some stripes on the left side of the centre panel, then on the right side I&#39;m thinking half a shield in a forward position, kind of like a jousting knight. It&#39;ll make sense if it works.<\/p>\n<p>Oh and I think I&#39;m going to scratch build a head. I&#39;m thinking of my own take on a bretonnian knight helmet I got ages ago (and used on an Emperor&#39;s Champ), but much bigger.
