But I&#8217;ve not been slacking on the stormtrooper, though project time is less now I&#8217;m married (who&#8217;d thunk it?). Really happy with how it&#8217;s going. The arms, chest\/back, hands and thighs are pretty much complete. Gluing right now are the snaps for the ab\/kidney plate to fasten them together. Then I need to replace the temporary velcro on the groin\/butt plates with snaps and the torso is complete. Also started the first shin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-QT6pIXW89qc\/VggczioVWBI\/AAAAAAAAEd0\/zklNuPPP4uk\/s1600\/upload_-1.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" title=\"Click to Zoom\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Click to zoom\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-QT6pIXW89qc\/VggczioVWBI\/AAAAAAAAEd0\/zklNuPPP4uk\/s288-c\/upload_-1.jpg?w=1200\"><\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-JlIJ0Ufh704\/Vggcwau91sI\/AAAAAAAAEds\/-fxa-tffkQU\/s1600\/upload_-1.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" title=\"Click to Zoom\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Click to zoom\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-JlIJ0Ufh704\/Vggcwau91sI\/AAAAAAAAEds\/-fxa-tffkQU\/s288-c\/upload_-1.jpg?w=1200\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The helmet is getting there. Lens sorted, grille behind the frown sorted, most of the interior padding is sorted though I need to finish that off. I&#8217;ve also bought a cheap voice changer and a couple of fans which are mid cable. And in the nature of this site I scratch built my aerators, which when painted up gloss black and given a metal mesh cover will do for the casual fan, which is the target audience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-saoVdQOBKkY\/Vggc1bt_mwI\/AAAAAAAAEd8\/v_x7irF6eZI\/s1600\/upload_-1.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" title=\"Click to Zoom\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Click to zoom\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-saoVdQOBKkY\/Vggc1bt_mwI\/AAAAAAAAEd8\/v_x7irF6eZI\/s288-c\/upload_-1.jpg?w=1200\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And here&#8217;s the big box of bits. Lots still to do but definitely moving along. I&#8217;m also shopping for mannequins so it doesn&#8217;t have to live in a plastic crate.
