Ready for paint, ish

Ok so this one has been done a while, it's pretty much ready for painting now. Gah, typical. I've just uploaded my photos and when I look at them I see they're not quite up to date.

Since the last photo I've added a simple turret with twin linked big shoota and a hefty metal plate on the bonnet at the front. And some random plating around the sides.

Particularly happy with the front, this was inspired by one of KrOOzA's many contraptions. The big ramming spikes are plasterboard rawlplug type things that you twist in then screw into. I've got dozens of the things kicking around. Bloody sharp though, keep catching myself..

So yeah, I'll get another photo at some point, but at the moment I'm stuck trying to figure out how to beef up my new battlewagon so it's bigger than this thing!

Project Overview

This is the transport for my megagrotz. I wanted something beefy and solid looking, and remembered many years ago I’d hacked an old Fuchs (or possibly Luchs) into a short wheel based version. Seemed like a good starting point.
