I don't actually have a Black Templar's army, so I was thinking I might just bung the finished conversion on eBay to see if someone wants to buy it to paint it. I'll post details here if I do.

The pose caused a little debate on Dysartes.com as to whether it was too cheesy to work, or just cheesy enough. Obviously it's a Morpheus style beckon to the enemy. (well I hope it's obvious anyway!). As I mentioned though it was hardly original when he did it so I think I have a little leeway.

The green stuff work was all very basic except for the robe thingy. I've not tried folds in robes before so it's a little wavy, but I think with the right painting it could work really well. I'm happy with the shoulder/elbow joints, I think it all flows nicely but is crisp where it should be.

With regards to further detail I want to add a crux terminatus somewhere, probably on a chain either around the neck or the waist, then perhaps another purity seal or two. I was going to go for an iron halo sort of thing on the backpack but not sure if it will work or not.
